美标法兰球阀

    Q41F美标法兰球阀靠旋转阀芯来使阀门流通或闭塞。球阀开关轻便,体积小,可以做成很大口径,密封度好,结构简单,维修方便,密封面与球面常在闭合状态,不易被介质冲蚀,在各行业得到广泛的应用。
    Q41F美标法兰球阀具有全通径和缩径两种结构形式。用于输送粘性、易结渣介质管道上的球阀应使用全通径的,方便定期的刮蜡吹扫器通过。用于输送气体或物理性能近似于水的介质的管道上宜使用缩径球阀,因其重量比全通径的球阀轻30%左右,有利于减轻管道负荷,降低成本。Q41F美标法兰球阀的驱动方式为手动、蜗轮传动、气动、电动或液动。Q41F美标法兰球阀的阀座多选用聚四氟乙烯、对位聚苯等高分子聚合材料,密封性能好,但材料相对较软。由于材料较软,但又要达到一定的密封比压,势必增加启闭扭矩,为了尽量改善此种情况,本公司采用双斜面弹性密封圈或V形槽弹性密封圈结构设计,利用管道内压力推动球体,帮助密封。当介质压力较小时,密封圈与球体接触面积较小,故有较大的密封比压,确保密封稳定。介质压力较大时,密封圈与球体接触面积增大。故密封圈能承受较大的介质推力而不会损坏。对于工作压力很低的球阀,考虑到介质压力不能确保阀座密封度好,而预紧力长期使用后又会衰减,故对于低压、超低压或真空工况用球阀,采用弹簧加载的阀座密封结构,能确保球阀长期稳定的密封。Q41F美标法兰球阀适用介质:根据制造材质的不同可分别适用于水、蒸汽、油品、硝酸、醋酸、氧化性介质、尿素等多种介质。

美标承插焊球阀是遵循美国标准(如API、ASME等)设计制造的球阀,采用承插焊连接方式,主要用于中高压管路系统中控制流体的通断。

美标承插焊球阀其结构包括阀体、球体、阀杆、承插焊接口及密封组件等,阀体和球体多选用高强度合金材料(如碳钢、不锈钢),以适应高压工况(常见压力等级为Class 150、300、600等)。承插焊连接通过将管道插入阀体接口后焊接固定,密封性能稳定,适用于中小通径管路(通常DN≤50)。工作时,通过旋转球体90°实现通道的开启或关闭,密封面设计可耐受高压流体冲击,确保无泄漏。
