A Top-Mounted 3-Valve Manifold, also known in China as a Ding-Style T-Pattern 3-Valve Manifold, is a common structural type of manifold. Its name comes its resemblance to the Chinese character "丁" (Dīng), the fact that its valve stems actuators are mounted vertically on top of the body like "nails". It is a highly integrated compact valve assembly designed for the connection protection of differential pressure (DP) transmitters, DP flow meters, other instruments.
Unlike in-line H-pattern manifolds, the distinctive feature of the top-mounted manifold is that the stems of all three valves (two block valves one equalizing valve) are arranged vertically upwards, all mounted on a flat, streamlined common body. This design gives it a significant advantage in space-constrained installation scenarios.
