丁式两阀组主要功能与用途

该阀组主要用于压力测量仪表的管路上,核心功能是仪表的压力测量控制、在线隔离和零点校验。

过程连接与测量:提供一个稳定的接口,将压力仪表连接到过程管道。

在线隔离:通过关闭阀门,可将压力仪表与过程介质完全隔离,便于进行仪表的在线维护、更换或拆卸,而无需系统停机。

零点校验/泄压:在仪表隔离后,可通过开启泄压功能将阀组与仪表之间的压力泄放至大气,从而安全地检查或校准仪表的机械零点。

丁式两阀组主要特点

 Product Definition

A T-pattern two-valve manifold, also known as a "gauge valve"  "pressure gauge manifold", is a compact process connection valve assembly specifically designed for field instruments like pressure gauges  pressure transmitters. Its name derives  its valve body's resemblance to the shape of the letter "T". It integrates two shut-off valves (typically ball valves  needle valves) into a single three-way body to provide effective control for the instrument.

Primary Function & Application

This manifold is primarily used on impulse lines for pressure measurement instruments. Its core functions are measurement control, in-line isolation,  zero checking for the gauge.

Process Connection & Measurement: Provides a stable interface to connect the pressure instrument to the process pipeline.

In-line Isolation: By closing the valves, the pressure instrument can be completely isolated  the process medium, enabling in-line maintenance, replacement,  removal of the instrument without requiring a system shutdown.

Zero Checking/Venting: After the instrument is isolated, the pressure between the manifold  the instrument can be vented to atmosphere to safely check  calibrate the instrument's mechanical zero point.

In contrast, the "T-Pattern Manifold" specifically refers to its distinctive "T" shape. Their functions are highly similar, but "T-Pattern" is more specific in terms of structure.
