J11W Internal Thread Globe Valve - Product Overview

The J11W Series Internal Thread Globe Valve is a general-purpose control valve focusing on low to medium pressure working conditions. It is mainly used to achieve precise shut-off  throttling regulation of fluids,  is widely applicable to fields such as water supply  drainage, HVAC, chemical industry, food  pharmaceutical industry. It can stably control various media including water, steam, oil products,  weakly corrosive liquids.

This series of valves has a nominal pressure range of PN1.6MPa-PN16MPa  an operating temperature range of -20℃-200℃ (stainless steel material can reach -40℃-300℃), adapting to most conventional industrial  civil scenarios. The valve body  valve core are mostly made of stainless steel (such as 304, 316), with excellent corrosion resistance, especially suitable for contacting clean  weakly corrosive media. The sealing structure adopts soft seal (such as PTFE, rubber)  metal hard seal, which has reliable sealing  small opening/closing torque, effectively reducing medium leakage. The connection method is internal thread (such as G, NPT, RC threads), which is easy to install  takes up little space, no flange required, suitable for scenarios with limited pipeline space. The operation method is manual (equipped with a rotating handwheel),  the flow rate is fine-tuned by adjusting the lifting height of the valve core.
