J961Y磅级电动截止阀产品结构特点:
1.产品设计制造按ANSIB16.34、E101标准,可与进口设备配备使用。
2.阀门中腔采用压力自紧式密封结构,内腔压力越高密封性能越好。
3.阀瓣和阀座的密封面采用司太立(stellite)钴基硬质合金堆焊而成,密封面
4.阀盖填料函深度合理,填料加缓蚀剂,密封稳定,开关平稳。
5.阀门具有上密封结构,保持阀门开启运行时不经阀杆外漏。
6.电动电站截止阀的开启和关闭由电动装置来控制,电动装置分别配有专用电机、减速器、转矩控制机构,现场操作机构,手、电动切换机构。除就地操作外,还可进行远距离操作。

磅级电动截止阀是采用磅级(Class)压力标准设计的自动化控制阀门,核心用于石油、化工、电力等工业系统的中高压管路,实现对蒸汽、油品、腐蚀性流体的精准截止与流量调节,尤其适配需远程或自动控制的场景。

Pound-Class Electric Globe Valve - Product Overview
The pound-class (Class) electric globe valve is an automatic control valve designed in accordance with the pound-class pressure standard. It is mainly used in medium high-pressure pipelines of industrial systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power to achieve precise shut-off flow regulation of steam, oil products, corrosive fluids, especially suitable for scenarios requiring remote automatic control.
This type of valve has a pound-class range Class 150 to Class 2500, corresponding to different pressure requirements. The operating temperature can reach -196℃-538℃ depending on material differences, adapting to complex working conditions low temperature to high temperature. The valve body is mostly made of cast steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, with excellent impact resistance corrosion resistance; the valve core adopts a precision grinding process, combined with a metal hard-seal soft-seal structure, which has both high sealing reliability long service life. The driving method is an electric actuator (mostly on-off type regulating type), which can realize remote control through PLC DCS systems, support signal feedback function, monitor the valve switch status in real time.
