      J65Y直流式焊接截止阀是我公司根据辽河、新疆等油田稠油热采需求,结合国外技术而开发的新产品,现己开发第三代J65系列新产品,J65阀主体采用锻造,从强度到密封均为63MPa,阀在没有填料时检测倒密封为63Mpa,真正达到密封稳定、启闭灵活、流阻小,介质无淤积,J65Y直流式焊接截止阀是油田稠油热采系统及电站过热蒸汽的理想用阀。

J65Y直流式焊接截止阀性能特点:

      1、阀体阀盖为整体锻制而成,强度高,造型美观,材质稳定。

      2、中腔采用自紧密封结构,压力越高,密封性越好。独特的不锈钢自密封圈,拆装方便,密封稳定。
      3、阀杆表面经极强致密耐磨处理,耐磨耐蚀,启闭磨擦小,确保产品无外漏之虞。

直流式焊接截止阀

直流式焊接截止阀,也称为Y型截止阀或Y型焊接截止阀,是一种阀体流道呈斜置的“Y”形、采用对焊连接的截止阀。其核心设计使得介质流道几乎成一条直线,极大降低了流阻系数,同时保留了截止阀密封性好的优点。焊接连接确保了管道系统的长久密封性和结构完整性。

直流式焊接截止阀主要特点:

流阻极低: “Y”形流道设计使流体方向变化很小,压降明显低于传统Z型(直角式)截止阀,接近闸阀和直通管的流阻水平。

焊接连接: 对焊(Butt Weld)端符合ASME B16.25等标准,与管道无缝连接,无泄漏风险,结构坚固,非常适合高压、高温、剧毒或易燃易爆的危险工况。

密封性能拔尖: 保留了截止阀的密封优势,阀瓣和阀座密封面可采用堆焊硬质合金等方式,实现金属硬密封,确保严密关断。

耐磨蚀性强: 流畅的直通式流道减少了介质对密封面的直接冲刷,延长了阀门寿命,尤其适用于带有颗粒物的浆料或易产生冲蚀的介质。

结构紧凑: 相比传统截止阀,在提供更低流阻的同时,结构相对紧凑。阀杆行程通常更长,有利于实现流量调节。

Straight-through (Y-Pattern) Welded Globe Valve Product Overview

Product Definition:

A Straight-through Welded Globe Valve, also known as a Y-Pattern  Y-Type Globe Valve, is a type of globe valve with an obliquely oriented "Y"-shaped flow path  butt weld end connections. Its core design allows the medium to flow in an almost straight line, significantly reducing the flow resistance coefficient while retaining the excellent sealing characteristics of a globe valve. The welded connection ensures permanent sealing  structural integrity within the piping system.

Key Features:

Very Low Flow Resistance: The "Y"-shaped flow path minimizes fluid direction change, resulting in a significantly lower pressure drop compared to conventional Z-pattern (T-pattern) globe valves. Its flow resistance is comparable to that of gate valves  straight pipes.

Welded Connection: The butt weld (BW) ends comply with standards like ASME B16.25, enabling seamless integration with the pipeline. This eliminates leakage risks, provides a robust structure,  is ideal for hazardous services involving high pressure, high temperature, extreme toxicity,  flammability.

Excellent Sealing Performance: Retains the sealing advantages of a globe valve. The disc  seat sealing surfaces can be hard-faced with materials like stellite for metal-to-metal sealing, ensuring tight shut-off.

High Erosion/Abrosion Resistance: The smooth, straight flow path reduces direct impingement of the medium on the seating surfaces, extending valve service life. This is particularly beneficial for services with particulate matter (slurries)  erosive media.

Compact Structure: Offers lower flow resistance while maintaining a relatively compact design compared to standard globe valves. The stem typically has a longer travel, which is conducive to precise flow modulation.

Application Fields:

Widely used in various high-parameter (high temperature, high pressure), high-hazard,  low-pressure-drop-critical piping systems across industries such as petrochemical, natural gas, power generation,  district heating. Common applications include steam systems, oil  gas transmission pipelines,  chemical process lines.
