The ferrule instrument ball valve- Structural features: The overall structure is compact small, mainly composed of components such as the valve body, ball, valve stem, ferrule fitting. The valve body is mostly made of corrosion-resistant materials like brass stainless steel to ensure stability in precision environments. The ferrule fitting design allows the valve to connect with pipelines without welding thread sealing; a tight connection is achieved through radial contraction of the ferrule, installation can be completed by simply tightening the nut, making disassembly convenient.

The ferrule instrument ball valve- Working principle: The ball is driven to rotate by turning the valve stem. When the through-hole of the ball aligns with the pipeline channel, the medium flows; after rotating 90°, the through-hole staggers the channel, the valve closes, realizing rapid cut-off connection of the medium. Due to its small size smooth internal channel, it causes little disturbance to the fluid, making it suitable for flow control in precision instrument systems.
