 The core working principle of the JX29 Male Thread Welded Level Gauge is "hydrostatic pressure sensing" "direct connection visualization". By welding connecting to the container, it converts the liquid level change inside the container into a measurable observable signal.

 JX29外螺纹焊接式液位计的核心工作原理是**“静压力感应”或“直接连通可视化”**，通过与容器焊接连通，将容器内液体的液位变化转化为可测量或可观察的信号。

 It is specifically implemented in two mainstream ways, corresponding to different functional types of products:

JX29外螺纹焊接式液位计具体分为两种主流实现方式，对应不同功能类型的产品：

 1. Direct Reading Type (Visualization Principle) (直读式：可视化原理): The level gauge is directly connected to the container cavity via male thread welding, the inside is filled with a medium that is homogeneous ( compatible) with the liquid in the container. When the liquid level in the container changes, the medium level in the level gauge rises falls synchronously. Staff can directly read the liquid level height through the scale panel on the level gauge, similar to an "enlarged glass tube level gauge", with a simple structure intuitive reading.

The liquid exerts a hydrostatic pressure on the sensor that is proportional to the liquid level height (formula: Pressure = Liquid Density × Gravitational Acceleration × Liquid Level Height). The sensor converts this pressure signal into an electrical signal (e.g., 4-20mA current signal), which is transmitted to the display instrument control system. Finally, it is converted into the corresponding liquid level height displayed, suitable for scenarios requiring remote monitoring automatic control.
