
KF系列压力表开关是小型的截止阀或节流阀,用来切断压力表和油路的连接或调节开口度大小。它是有阻尼作用可减轻压力表急剧跳动,防止损坏,也可当作一般小流量的截止阀或节流阀使用。压力开关的工作原理:是当系统内压力高于或低于额定的安全压力时,感应器内碟片瞬时发生移动,通过连接导杆推动开关接头接通或断开,当压力降至或升额定的恢复值时,碟片瞬复位,开关自动复位,或者简单的说是当被测压力超过额定值时,弹性元件的自由端产生位移,直接或经过比较后推动开关元件,改变开关元件的通断状态,达到控制被测压力的目的。

The JZFS Series Hydraulic Globe Valve is a high-precision control valve designed specifically for hydraulic systems. It is mainly used to achieve precise shut-off, throttling regulation one-way flow control of high-pressure fluids, is widely applicable to scenarios such as construction machinery, metallurgical equipment, hydraulic stations, capable of stably handling high-pressure working conditions of media like hydraulic oil emulsion.
This series of valves has a nominal pressure range of 16MPa-31.5MPa an operating temperature range of -25℃-150℃, adapting to the pressure requirements of different hydraulic systems. The valve body is made of forged steel stainless steel, with strong resistance to high-pressure impact medium corrosion; the valve core is precision-ground matched with nitrile rubber fluororubber sealing components, which has both reliable sealing performance low friction loss, effectively reducing fluid leakage ensuring stable system pressure.
