CNG加气枪头

The CNG Dispensing Nozzle is a critical connection interface device between a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) refueling station  a CNG vehicle ( storage equipment). Its core function is to provide a fast, safe, reliable,  leak-tight connection for transferring high-pressure CNG (typically at working pressures of 20 MPa  25 MPa)  the dispenser into the vehicle's onboard storage cylinders quickly  without loss.

High-Pressure Sealing Design: Engineered for high-pressure service, it utilizes high-performance seals (e.g., made  Nylon  Polyurethane)  precision mechanics to ensure zero leakage during refueling, guaranteeing operational safety.

Quick Connect/Disconnect: It typically features a push-to-connect  rotary bayonet-style self-locking mechanism (e.g., a "claw" design) for easy operation. To connect, the nozzle is inserted into the vehicle's receptacle,  it locks automatically  forms a seal. After refueling, it can be easily disconnected by manual  pneumatic unlocking.

Safety Interlock: An integrated safety mechanism ensures that high-pressure gas flow is only enabled once the nozzle is fully inserted, locked,  sealed. Conversely, the locking mechanism cannot be accidentally opened while the system is pressurized, preventing dangerous "whip-off" incidents.

Excess Flow Protection: Many designs include a built-in Excess Flow Valve. In the event of a hose rupture  accidental disconnection, this valve automatically  rapidly shuts off the gas flow to prevent a major release.
