A Flange-Mounted 3-Valve Manifold, also known as a Direct-Mount Manifold Face-to-Face Connection Manifold, is a highly integrated installation solution specifically designed for differential pressure (DP) transmitters. Its core feature is that the bottom of the manifold connects to the DP transmitter's process interfaces using mated flat flanges spiral-wound gaskets, forming a rigid, leak-free unitary structure that completely replaces traditional impulse piping tubing connections.
This design aims to eliminate all the issues associated with conventional capillary impulse line connections, providing the highest level of sealing reliability, measurement accuracy, stability for pressure, differential pressure, flow, level measurement.
