压力表针型阀

压力表针型阀是专门用于压力表管路的一类针型阀压力表针型阀主要用于连接及调节压力表的通路，控制介质流入压力表，同时便于压力表的维护或更换。它也被称作压力表截止阀，具开启、截断管道通路或微调流量功能。

压力表针型阀阀芯为针状，与阀座紧密配合，密封佳，可耐受更高压力，适用于小流量、高压的气或液体介质密封。阀体常采用碳钢或不锈钢等制造，适用水、蒸汽、油品等多种介质 。其公称压力常为 1.6 至 32MPa 左右，工作温度依材质介于 -40℃ 至 540℃ 等 。连接方式多为螺纹，部分用法兰、卡套等，适配 M20×1.5、NPT 等常规压力表接口 。其常应用于石油、化工、电力等行业的压力测量系统。

The pressure gauge needle valve is mainly used to connect  regulate the passage of the pressure gauge, controlling the medium to flow into the pressure gauge,  facilitating the maintenance  replacement of the pressure gauge. It is also called the pressure gauge stop valve, which can open  cut off the pipeline passage  finely adjust the flow.

The valve has a needle-shaped valve core, which fits closely with the valve seat, providing good sealing performance. It can withstand higher pressure,  is suitable for the sealing of gas  liquid media with small flow rate  high pressure. The valve body is usually made of carbon steel, stainless steel, etc., applicable to various media such as water, steam, oil products, etc. Its nominal pressure is usually around 1.6 to 32 MPa,  the working temperature ranges  -40°C to 540°C, etc., depending on the material. The connection method is mostly threaded,  some use flanges, ferrules, etc., adapting to conventional pressure gauge interfaces such as M20×1.5, NPT, etc. It is often used in pressure measurement systems in industries like petroleum, chemical,  electric power.
