
JZFS型高压截止阀主要用于液压管路中控制油液的流通和截止,其阀芯为液压平衡式。具有开启力小、操作方便等特点(可替代LF型作节流阀用)。本系列高压球阀主要有阀体、阀芯、阀杆、手轮等组成。阀体采用钢质锻件,表面进行镀铬处理。
本系列高压截止阀有螺纹式、法兰式、板式等多种连接方式。
本阀适用于液压系统和化工系统的各种管路上,作截止用。(可代替L F型节流阀)

JZFS系列液压截止阀
JZFS系列液压截止阀是专为液压系统设计的高精度控制阀门,核心用于实现高压流体的精准截止、节流调节与单向流通控制,广泛适配工程机械、冶金设备、液压站等场景,可稳定应对液压油、乳化液等介质的高压工况。
JZFS系列液压截止阀阀门公称压力覆盖16MPa-31.5MPa,工作温度范围为-25℃-150℃,适配不同液压系统压力需求。阀体采用锻钢或不锈钢材质,抗高压冲击与介质腐蚀能力强;阀芯经精密研磨加工,配合丁晴橡胶或氟橡胶密封组件,兼具稳定密封性与低摩擦损耗,可有效减少流体泄漏,保障系统压力稳定。连接方式以螺纹连接(如G、NPT螺纹)为主,部分型号支持板式安装,适配多样管路布局;操作方式多为手动(配备旋转式钢质手柄),通过调节阀芯行程实现流量微调,部分型号可集成液压先导控制,满足自动化系统的远程操作需求,尤其适用于液压回路中需要精准控制介质流量或切断流体的关键节点。
JZFS Hydraulic Globe Valve - Product Overview
The JZFS Series Hydraulic Globe Valve is a high-precision control valve designed specifically for hydraulic systems. It is mainly used to achieve precise shut-off, throttling regulation one-way flow control of high-pressure fluids, is widely applicable to scenarios such as construction machinery, metallurgical equipment, hydraulic stations, capable of stably handling high-pressure working conditions of media like hydraulic oil emulsion.
This series of valves has a nominal pressure range of 16MPa-31.5MPa an operating temperature range of -25℃-150℃, adapting to the pressure requirements of different hydraulic systems. The valve body is made of forged steel stainless steel, with strong resistance to high-pressure impact medium corrosion; the valve core is precision-ground matched with nitrile rubber fluororubber sealing components, which has both reliable sealing performance low friction loss, effectively reducing fluid leakage ensuring stable system pressure. The connection method is mainly thread connection (such as G, NPT threads), some models support flanged installation to adapt to various pipeline layouts; the operation method is mostly manual (equipped with a rotary steel handle), the flow rate is fine-tuned by adjusting the valve core stroke. Some models can be integrated with hydraulic pilot control to meet the remote operation needs of automatic systems, are especially suitable for key nodes in hydraulic circuits that require precise control of medium flow fluid shut-off.
