NH-SS-MTS16-9-G针阀

NH-SS-MTS16-9-G针阀属于NB系列，阀体材质为316不锈钢，采用螺纹阀盖结构，连接方式为16毫米公制管承插焊，阀座孔径为0.39英寸。该针阀的工作压力为6000psig（414bar），工作温度范围为-65°F至1200°F（-54°C至649°C），填料为石墨。其具有冷拉四方棒阀体，两截式阀杆设计，上阀杆螺纹经特殊硬化处理，下阀杆表面经滚压硬化处理，且上阀杆螺纹的润滑脂与系统介质隔离。非旋转的下阀杆以上下运动代替旋转升降，减少每个行程对填料的摩擦以及阀座和阀头之间的摩擦。此外，阀门在全开位置具有背密封功能，可面板安装，手柄采用两端螺钉锁紧，稳固耐用，并有多种颜色手柄可供选择。每只阀门在出厂前均以额定工作压力的氮气或水进行密封测试。

The NH-SS-MTS16-9-G needle valve is a bar stock needle valve produced by FITOK Corporation in the United States. The NH-SS-MTS16-9-G needle valve belongs to the NB series. The valve body is made of 316 stainless steel, with a screwed bonnet structure. The connection method is 16 mm metric tube socket weld, the valve seat orifice is 0.39 inches. The working pressure of this needle valve is 6000 psig (414 bar), the working temperature range is -65°F to 1200°F (-54°C to 649°C), with graphite packing. It has a cold-drawn square bar valve body a two-piece valve stem design. The upper valve stem thread is specially hardened, the lower valve stem surface is roll-hardened. Moreover, the grease of the upper valve stem thread is isolated the system medium. The non-rotating lower valve stem moves up down instead of rotating to lift, reducing the friction on the packing between the valve seat the valve head in each stroke. In addition, the valve has a back-seal function in the fully open position, can be panel-mounted, the handle is locked with screws at both ends, which is stable durable. There are also handle options in a variety of colors. Each valve is sealed tested with nitrogen water at the rated working pressure before leaving the factory.
