美标针阀（American Standard Needle Valve）是遵循美国标准（如ANSI/ASME B16.34、API 602等）设计制造的高精度流量控制阀门，核心用于高压、高温工况下管路介质的微小流量调节或截断。

美标针阀典型特征包括：采用针状阀芯与锥面阀座的精密配合，实现精准流量控制；阀体多为316不锈钢、碳钢等耐蚀耐压材质；连接方式涵盖内螺纹（NPT）、卡套、焊接（对接焊/承插焊）；密封面常用硬质合金或PTFE，适配水、油、蒸汽、气体及腐蚀性介质。适用压力普遍为中高压（10MPa-60MPa），工作温度范围-60℃至650℃，广泛应用于石油化工、能源、航天、精密仪器等领域，兼具强密封性、耐磨损性与长使用寿命。

American Standard Needle Valve is a high-precision flow control valve designed  manufactured in accordance with American standards (such as ANSI/ASME B16.34, API 602, etc.), mainly used for micro-flow adjustment  cut-off of pipeline media under high-pressure  high-temperature working conditions.

Its typical features include: adopting precise cooperation between a needle-shaped valve core  a conical valve seat to achieve accurate flow control; the valve body is mostly made of corrosion-resistant  pressure-resistant materials such as 316 stainless steel  carbon steel; connection methods include female thread (NPT), ferrule,  welding (butt weld/socket weld); the sealing surface usually uses cemented carbide  PTFE, which is suitable for water, oil, steam, gas  corrosive media. It is generally suitable for medium  high pressure (10MPa-60MPa), with an operating temperature range of -60℃ to 650℃,  is widely used in petrochemical, energy, aerospace, precision instruments  other fields, with strong sealing performance, wear resistance  long service life.
