When the media flows forward, the disc opens under fluid pressure; when the media stops reverses flow, the disc automatically closes under its own weight reverse pressure, effectively preventing backflow protecting system equipment. 卡套式止回阀工作原理

Working Principle

止回阀的开启和关闭依赖于进口侧和出口侧的压差。当进口压力高于出口压力并超过阀瓣开启所需的力时，阀瓣打开，介质通过。当介质流向停止或反向时，出口压力高于进口压力，阀瓣在反向压差、自重及弹簧力（若有时）的作用下迅速关闭，阻止介质倒流。

Working Principle

The opening closing of the check valve depend on the pressure difference between the inlet outlet sides. When the inlet pressure exceeds the outlet pressure surpasses the force required to open the disc, the disc opens, allowing media to pass through. When the media flow stops reverses, causing the outlet pressure to exceed the inlet pressure, the disc closes rapidly under the reverse pressure difference, its own weight, spring force (if applicable), preventing media backflow.
