BKH-SAE系列高压球阀是专为适配SAE（美国汽车工程师学会）标准液压系统设计的核心控制阀门，主打高压工况下的介质通断与流量控制，广泛应用于工程机械、农业机械、重型车辆等领域，可稳定控制液压油、传动油等高压流体。

 该系列阀门公称压力覆盖21MPa-63MPa，工作温度范围为-20℃-180℃，完全符合SAE J514等行业标准，适配SAE螺纹连接（如SAE 3/8"、SAE 1/2"等规格），安装兼容性强，能直接对接主流液压系统管路。阀体采用锻钢或不锈钢材质，抗高压冲击与疲劳损伤能力突出；球体经精密加工与表面硬化处理，配合氟橡胶或聚氨酯密封件，实现高压下零泄漏密封，且耐油、耐老化性能好。操作方式以手动为主（配备防滑钢质或铝合金手柄），部分型号可集成气动/电动执行器，满足自动化控制需求，尤其适用于挖掘机、装载机、液压吊车等移动液压设备的高压回路中。

The BKH-SAE Series High-Pressure Ball Valve is a core control valve specifically designed for hydraulic systems complying with SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) standards. It focuses on medium on-off flow control under high-pressure conditions, is widely used in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, heavy-duty vehicles other fields, capable of stably controlling high-pressure fluids such as hydraulic oil transmission oil.

This series of valves has a nominal pressure range of 21MPa-63MPa an operating temperature range of -20℃-180℃, fully complying with industry standards such as SAE J514. It is compatible with SAE thread connections (e.g., SAE 3/8", SAE 1/2" other specifications), featuring strong installation compatibility direct connection to pipeline systems of mainstream hydraulic systems. The valve body is made of forged steel stainless steel, with outstanding resistance to high-pressure impact fatigue damage; the ball is precision-machined surface-hardened, matched with fluororubber polyurethane seals to achieve zero-leakage sealing under high pressure, with excellent oil resistance anti-aging performance. The operation method is mainly manual (equipped with anti-slip steel aluminum alloy handles), some models can be integrated with pneumatic/electric actuators to meet the needs of automatic control.
