多口压力表截止阀

多口压力表截止阀是一种专门与压力表连接，拥有多个工作接口的截止阀。

多口压力表截止阀主要用于连接压力表，截断或导通压力测量通道，保障压力表安全使用及系统维护。除压力表接口外，它设有 2 个或更多辅助接口，采用 T 型或其他连通形式。这些接口可接压力开关、变送器，或作排污、校验接口等，能于不中断主流程下校验、维护设备，提升测量系统灵活性与功能性。

多口压力表截止阀阀体常选用 304、316 不锈钢或蒙乃尔、哈氏合金等耐腐蚀材料。其工作压力可高达 690 bar，工作温度可至 537℃ 左右。连接方式多为 NPT、M20×1.5 等内外螺纹连接，少数用法兰连接。它多用于石油、化工、电力等行业压力测量系统中。

The multi-port pressure gauge globe valve is mainly used to connect with the pressure gauge, cutting off  opening the pressure measurement channel, so as to ensure the safe use of the pressure gauge  system maintenance. Besides the pressure gauge interface, it is equipped with two  more auxiliary interfaces, adopting a T-type  other connection forms. These interfaces can be connected to pressure switches, transmitters,  used as sewage discharge  calibration interfaces. They enable calibration  maintenance of equipment without interrupting the main process, enhancing the flexibility  functionality of the measurement system.

The valve body is usually made of corrosion-resistant materials, such as 304, 316 stainless steel, Monel,  Hastelloy. Its working pressure can reach up to 690 bar,  the working temperature can be around 537℃. The connection methods are mostly internal  external threaded connections, such as NPT  M20×1.5,  a few use flange connections. It is often used in pressure measurement systems in industries like petroleum, chemical,  electric power.
