J61Y仿美针阀

J61Y仿美针阀是参照美国标准设计的高压手动针型截止阀，核心用于高精度控制管路中高压、高温介质的流量或截断。其型号中“J”代表截止阀（针阀属截止阀细分类型），“6”表示焊接连接（对接焊），“1”表示直通式结构，“Y”代表硬质合金密封面，可耐受高压高温下的磨损与腐蚀。

J61Y仿美针阀阀体多采用316不锈钢等耐蚀耐高温材质，适用压力通常为高压级别（如16MPa-32MPa），工作温度范围可达-29℃至600℃，适配蒸汽、热油、高压气体及强腐蚀性介质。凭借针状阀芯与锥面阀座的精密配合，它能实现微小流量调节，密封性能好，广泛应用于石油化工、电力、航天等高压管路系统。

The J61Y American-style needle valve is a high-pressure manual needle globe valve designed with reference to American standards, mainly used for high-precision control of the flow cut-off of high-pressure high-temperature media in pipelines. In its model, "J" stands for globe valve (needle valve is a subdivided type of globe valve), "6" indicates welded connection (butt weld), "1" represents straight-through structure, "Y" denotes a cemented carbide sealing surface, which can resist wear corrosion under high pressure high temperature.

The valve body is mostly made of corrosion-resistant high-temperature-resistant materials such as 316 stainless steel. It is generally suitable for high-pressure levels (e.g., 16MPa-32MPa), with an operating temperature range of up to -29℃ to 600℃, is compatible with steam, hot oil, high-pressure gas strong corrosive media. Relying on the precise fit between the needle-shaped valve core the conical valve seat, it can realize micro-flow adjustment with excellent sealing performance, is widely used in high-pressure pipeline systems such as petrochemical, electric power aerospace industries.
